What is Resilience Fostering?
Full-time Resilience Foster Carers provide long term, family based placements for young people aged 10-18 years who previously lived in or were are risk of entering residential care. Our Resilience foster carers care for one young person at a time and support them into adult life.
Who are we looking for?
People who have experience of working with or looking after vulnerable young people and who have no birth children under the age of 18 living at home
Our Full-time Resilience Foster Carers can access up to 36 days short breaks annually and we are looking for people who can become part of the team and provide these breaks.

- You need to not be in any other form of employment.
- Be able to offer short breaks or day support to resilience foster placements or the wider fostering network for a minimum of 14 days each calendar month.
- Attend Resilience Fostering Multi-agency Meetings on a monthly basis for each young person they support.
