What is Fostering?

The children may be of any age, from 0-18 years old, who need to be looked after outside their family home for a period of time. This may be for a few days, a few months or longer. The children will often have brothers and sisters who also need to be looked after and wherever possible they will be placed together. The children may be White, Black, Asian or have mixed parentage
